How It Works

DAY 1

Whether you’re a year away, or 3 months out, we’ll schedule your first planning meeting the moment you book. We’ll dive into your wedding vision and craft an initial blueprint of your day.

PLANNING

We answer questions, create custom tools and checklists, and supply inspiration, ideas and solutions to take the guess work out of that what-comes-next feeling of planning.

TIMELINES

We’ll finalize your timeline, manage all your vendors, and have a continuous check-in schedule to keep you on track to make sure every detail is taken care of.

DAY Of

We’ll set up all your details, track your timeline, and make sure we’re the go-to for whatever is needed on the day

Partial Planning

You’ve booked your venue, maybe you’ve seen a photographer you like, but now you’re overwhelmed with what to do next.

Partial Planning allows you to work together with a professional throughout the entire process. We make sure everything is take care of and keep you on track every step of the way.

You’ve booked some vendors and know what you want, but want to make sure you’re not forgetting anything, and wisely recognize you need someone other than yourself to run the big show. We’ll ensure your perfect vision is just as perfectly executed, and that all the tiny details are accounted for.

  • If you are planning a celebration on your own, but would like some professional advice, we are here to help!

    We offer hourly consultations in person, or over the phone, to help you navigate through all the details and tough questions. We also offer additional hours on the day of, as well as:

    • Rehearsal Management

    • Rehearsal Dinner

  • Before signing any venue contracts or vendor agreements, make sure that the fine print doesn’t leave you paying more than you think.

    Our bar certified attorney will review your contracts, break down the payments and obligations, clearly show where terms can be negotiated, and can suggest alterations or substitutions that best fit your event needs.

  • Outside the Grand Rapids area? We’ll come to you!

    • All travel in Michigan is already included in our pricing!

    • If planner is needed for after hours outside of Grand Rapids, hotel accommodations may be included at couple’s blocked rate

    • Prices for travel outside of Michigan will be agreed upon with couple

  • While this is commonly referred to as “Day-of,” a better description is “coordination FOR the day of.”

    To effectively coordinate every moving part of your wedding, we need all the details from you months in advance to be able to successfully organize the entire day and all your vendors involved.

    We work with these key players and the timeline to make sure the logistics are confirmed and scheduled to run as planned.

    From managing their arrival times, making sure everything you ordered was delivered, decorating and setting up your ceremony and reception venues, to packing up all of your gifts and items at the end of the night, we allow you to enjoy the tasks of wedding planning yourself, while having a professional team there to walk you through all the steps, reminding you of anything missing, and finally bring everything together for you.

  • We are a boutique wedding company, meaning we are very intentional about being, and staying, a small business. We provide personal attention and commitment to making your wedding experience different than any other. We understand that a wedding is an investment in your memories. All of our packages have the ability to add on as much help as you want as we get deeper into planning. Only pay for what you need!
